The nature of the service provided by AutoWriteAI requires us to communicate with third party Artificial Intelligence generators. Currently, all queries are sent to the GPT-3 model at https://api.openai.com for processing, text, and image generation. All transactions are secured using SSL and data is not shared outside of the generation application programming interface provided by OpenAI. No personal information or information that could identify you outside of what might be included by you in your prompts is ever shared or transmitted. Please note that per the terms of use for OpenAI and all of its products, input prompts may be used to further train the Artificial Intelligence system. We share data with Google (Alphabet) through the use of Google Analytics which is used to track the number of visitors to our service and determine the source of traffic assist us with understanding our users. This data is shared by AutoWriteAI to Google only. AutoWriteAI does not have any control over the end use of data by Google. AutoWriteAI may use other partners in the future to help determine website trends and analytics. We will update this policy if new partners are added.
How long we retain your data
We retain your data only as long as is necessary. Cookies set by AutoWriteAI are retained no longer than 30 days. Cookies set by third parties may last longer depending on their terms of use.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
